Marketing and Sales Coordinator

The Marketing and Sales Design Coordinator manages all marketing and design initiatives for the Western Canada NNN Group, creating investor-facing materials, email campaigns, and social media content for commercial real estate listings. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About the teamThe Western Canada NNN Group sells net-leased retail investment properties across British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Our clients are private and institutional investors. We are a small team that works closely together in the office on every client mandate. The pace is fast. Our marketing material goes directly to investors and needs to be accurate.

The roleYou will handle all marketing and design work for the team. Requests from the team come to you. You will take each one from first draft to final product, often on several listings at once.

The hourly range for this role is $28.00 –$32.69 CAD per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role. Marcus & Millichap is a multi-jurisdictional employer and posted compensation ranges are provided in good faith for compliance with all relevant pay-transparency regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive all marketing and design requests from the team
• Design and edit offering memoranda, brochures and BOVs
• Build and send email campaigns in Constant Contact for new listings, price reductions and sold announcements
• Write, schedule and publish LinkedIn and Instagram posts for each listing
• Keep listing statuses current and accurate across the team's marketing materials and listing platforms (LoopNet and Spacelist)
• Prepare marketing reports for the team and clients
• Track marketing deadlines across active listings
• Meet one on one with team members regularly to gather feedback on marketing

Qualificartions

• 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications or a related role
• Strong InDesign skills. This is the core of the role. You should be comfortable with long multi-page documents, styles, templates and print and digital exports
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
• Experience with Constant Contact or a similar email platform
• Working knowledge of Excel
• A portfolio that includes multi-page layout work
• Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with close attention to numbers and detail
• Ability to manage requests and deadlines from several agents across multiple listings
• A proactive self starter who takes initiative within a team
• Organized and comfortable raising feedback and ideas
• Thrives in a fast-paced, in-office team

preferred but not required:

• Experience designing signage artwork
• Familiarity with commercial real estate
