Role Description The Assistant role at Mariani Metal Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Etobicoke, ON. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and maintaining project files. This role will assist project managers and department leads with tracking timelines, preparing reports, coordinating internal and external communications, and updating records. The Assistant will help with data entry, basic document formatting, and preparing presentations or spreadsheets as needed.
