ROLE OVERVIEW

Mariner is seeking a skilled and motivated Power Platform Consultant to join our team in Halifax. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week and offers the opportunity to work on an impactful project with our client. You will leverage the Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI - to design, build, and optimize business solutions that drive digital transformation.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

Build custom Power Apps tailored to specific business needs
Design and manage workflows using Power Automate
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for data-driven decision-making
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into solutions
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and third-party tools
Provide troubleshooting, support, and end-user training
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experience working with Microsoft 365 services and integrating third-party applications.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in the utilities industry is an asset.
Certifications such as SAFe®, PMI-DASM™, CSM, or ITIL are considered assets.
