Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations to manage and support our growing wholesale and marketplace operations, with a strong focus on Walmart.

This is a hands-on management role for someone with strong experience working with major retailers, particularly Walmart Retail Link and Item 360, who can oversee day-to-day operations, support the team, improve processes, and ensure retailer requirements are executed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Walmart retailer operations, compliance, item setup, catalog management, inventory coordination, reporting, and the onboarding of new retail and marketplace accounts. Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central is an asset.

The Manager will supervise a growing team and work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, Finance, IT, and external retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day wholesale and marketplace operations, with Walmart as a key focus.
Supervise, coach, and support the marketplace and retailer operations team.
Oversee Walmart Retail Link and Item 360 processes and ensure best practices are followed.
Coordinate the operational onboarding and launch of new wholesale, retail, and marketplace accounts.
Manage vendor setup, portal access, item setup, EDI, ASN, routing guides, packaging, labeling, shipping requirements, and retailer compliance.
Oversee item creation, pricing, product data, images, descriptions, and catalog accuracy.
Monitor sales, inventory, replenishment, chargebacks, compliance, and key operational KPIs.
Work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, Finance, and IT to support account launches and ongoing operations.
Identify and resolve operational issues affecting retailer and marketplace performance.
Recommend and implement improvements to processes, workflows, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
Analyze retailer and marketplace data and provide management with insights and recommendations.
Serve as a key internal resource for Walmart systems, retailer requirements, and marketplace operations.
Support Amazon and other marketplace operations as required.
Maintain strong working relationships with retailer contacts, marketplace support teams, agencies, and technology partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in wholesale operations, retailer account operations, marketplace operations, digital retail, or e-commerce.
Previous experience supervising, coaching, or coordinating a team.
Strong hands-on experience with Walmart Retail Link and Item 360 is required.
Strong understanding of Walmart retailer processes, item setup, compliance, reporting, and operational requirements.
Experience onboarding new wholesale, retail, or marketplace accounts.
Experience working with major retailers or wholesale accounts.

Principales responsabilités

Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de vente en gros et de marketplaces, avec Walmart comme priorité importante.
Superviser, accompagner et soutenir l’équipe des opérations détaillants et marketplaces.
Superviser les processus liés à Walmart Retail Link et Item 360 et veiller au respect des meilleures pratiques.
Coordonner l’intégration opérationnelle et le lancement de nouveaux comptes de vente en gros, de détaillants et de marketplaces.
Gérer la création des fournisseurs, les accès aux portails, la création d’articles, l’EDI, les ASN, les guides d’acheminement, l’emballage, l’étiquetage, l’expédition et la conformité détaillant.
Superviser la création d’articles, les prix, les données produits, les images, les descriptions et l’exactitude des catalogues.
Suivre les ventes, les stocks, le réapprovisionnement, les frais de non-conformité et les principaux indicateurs opérationnels.
Collaborer étroitement avec les ventes, la production, la planification, la logistique, les finances et les TI afin de soutenir les lancements et les opérations courantes des comptes.
Identifier et résoudre les enjeux opérationnels affectant la performance des détaillants et des marketplaces.
Recommander et mettre en place des améliorations aux processus, aux flux de travail, aux rapports, à l’automatisation et à l’efficacité opérationnelle.
Analyser les données détaillants et marketplaces et fournir à la direction des constats et recommandations.
Agir comme personne-ressource interne pour les systèmes Walmart, les exigences des détaillants et les opérations marketplaces.
Soutenir les opérations Amazon et autres marketplaces au besoin.
Maintenir de solides relations de travail avec les contacts chez les détaillants, les équipes de soutien des marketplaces, les agences et les partenaires technologiques.

Qualifications

Minimum de 4 à 5 années d’expérience pertinente en opérations de vente en gros, opérations de comptes détaillants, marketplaces, commerce de détail numérique ou commerce électronique.
Expérience préalable en supervision, accompagnement ou coordination d’une équipe.
Solide expérience pratique avec Walmart Retail Link et Item 360 requise.
Excellente compréhension des processus Walmart, de la création d’articles, de la conformité, des rapports et des exigences opérationnelles.
Expérience dans l’intégration de nouveaux comptes de vente en gros, de détaillants ou de marketplaces.
