Who We’re Looking For

Marketbridge is seeking a Senior Manager, Advanced Media Partnerships to help develop and activate integrated, performance-driven media strategies for complex B2B clients.

This role sits within our broader Media practice as part of our Channel Strategy & Activation team. The team plans across channels including programmatic media, direct publisher buys, out-of-home (OOH), connected TV (CTV), broadcast, experiential, and emerging platforms. Paid search and paid social planning are led by separate specialty teams, with close collaboration across the broader Media practice.

In this role, you will translate client business and marketing objectives into thoughtful, actionable media plans. You will bring together audience strategy, channel mix, investment planning, measurement, and performance insights to create programs that connect brand and demand and support meaningful business outcomes.

We’re looking for an experienced B2B media strategist who understands how channels work together throughout the buyer journey. You should be comfortable shaping strategy, evaluating recommendations, negotiating with vendors, and guiding a team as it explores new channels and processes that strengthen our capabilities and Media practice.

You will work closely with colleagues across Media, Demand Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Client Success, and Project Management to ensure media plans are strategically sound, executed effectively, and continuously optimized.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated media strategies and plans for complex B2B clients, translating business and marketing objectives into clear channel, audience, investment, and measurement recommendations.

Build cross-channel media plans spanning programmatic media, direct publisher buys, trade and industry media, digital display, video, content syndication, OOH, CTV, broadcast, experiential, and emerging platforms.

Define the role of each channel throughout the buyer journey, helping ensure media investments work together as part of a cohesive strategy.

Manage, coach, and develop a team of media planners and buyers, supporting the strategic quality and consistency of their work.

Partner with activation specialists to translate media strategies into effective execution, optimization, and ongoing performance management.

Use performance data, market intelligence, audience insights, and measurement findings to communicate clear narratives and recommend strategic optimizations.

Partner with Demand Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Client Success, Project Management, and other disciplines to develop cohesive brand-to-demand programs.

Contribute to planning frameworks, tools, standards, and processes that increase consistency and scalability across the Media practice.

Evaluate emerging channels, platforms, partners, data sources, and planning technologies to identify relevant opportunities for clients.

Build strong relationships with media partners and vendors, using those relationships to inform planning recommendations, support innovation, and improve investment decisions.

Support vendor evaluations and negotiations to help secure appropriate pricing, placements, partnerships, and added value for clients.

Present media strategies, recommendations, and performance insights to client stakeholders.

Qualifications

Six or more years of experience in media strategy, planning, or integrated media, ideally within an agency environment.

Strong experience developing B2B media strategies and plans for complex or enterprise clients.

Deep knowledge of digital and offline media planning, including programmatic, display, video, trade and industry media, content syndication, OOH, CTV, broadcast, and other relevant B2B channels.

Experience managing, coaching, or mentoring media professionals and supporting the quality of their work.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret media performance and translate findings into clear optimization recommendations.

Experience partnering with channel specialists and activation teams while maintaining ownership of the overall media strategy.

Client-facing experience, including presenting strategic recommendations to director-, vice president-, and executive-level stakeholders.

Experience developing partner relationships and negotiating with media vendors.

Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with media planning, research, buying, measurement, and audience platforms such as Bionic, Campaign Manager 360, The Trade Desk, Display & Video 360, 6sense, or Demandbase is a plus.

Our Culture & Our Core Values

Marketbridge supports Fortune 50 companies and global brands in redefining how they go to market.

How we work together matters just as much as the work itself. Our values shape how we operate day to day. Be Kind means treating teammates with respect and showing up for one another. Be Open reflects how we collaborate, share perspectives, and give clear, honest feedback. Be Real speaks to a culture of authenticity, where people can speak up and be themselves. Be Brave pushes us to challenge assumptions, think critically, and pursue ideas that lead to real results.

You’ll join a collaborative team focused on solving real problems for complex clients. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work closely with supportive leaders, and continue developing through meaningful client work and ongoing learning. We value accountability, curiosity, and ownership, and we trust people to take initiative and follow through.

Here, you’ll do meaningful work, alongside smart people, with room to grow as the business grows.

Benefits & Perks

At Marketbridge, we support our team with benefits that prioritize well-being, flexibility, and growth. Here’s what you can look forward to:

🏖️ Time Off & Flexibility – Flexible PTO, summer Fridays, and paid parental leave (up to 16 weeks for birthing parents). Plus, we’re closed from Christmas to New Year’s so you can fully unplug.

💙 Health & Wellness – Comprehensive medical benefits and free premium access to the Calm app for relaxation and mindfulness.

💰 Financial Security – 401(k) with a 3% company contribution* (US Only), life insurance, long-term disability, and AD&D coverage for extra peace of mind.

📚 Learning & Growth – A professional development fund ($500) and continuous learning programs to invest in your career.

💻 Tech & Perks – Company-provided laptop & accessories, monthly Wi-Fi & cell stipend, ChatGPT Enterprise Access and exclusive discounts through Perkopolis.

Note: This position requires candidates to be eligible to work in the United States, Canada, or the UK without visa sponsorship. Marketbridge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

This is a remote role.

We aim to offer competitive and equitable compensation based on factors such as location, relevant experience, skills, and market benchmarks. The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80-$100k.

Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, and additional flexibility may be considered for candidates whose experience and expertise significantly exceed the role’s core requirements.
