Job Title: Fleet Manager

Markstone Landscaping Ltd is a leading provider of high-quality landscape construction services. We are committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and we are currently seeking a dedicated Fleet Service Manager to join our team!
Job Duties:
- Schedule and track vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Maintain CVOR files and ensure regulatory compliance
- Order parts and manage inventory to support efficient shop operations
- Keep service records up to MTO standards
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in maintenance within a shop setting
- Valid G driver’s license
- Understanding of CVOR and the Ontario Highway Traffic Act
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)

Responsibilities
The Fleet Maintenance Manager is responsible for scheduling and tracking vehicle and equipment maintenance while ensuring all records meet MTO standards. They will also manage shop inventory and ensure full regulatory compliance with CVOR and the Ontario Highway Traffic Act.
Requirements
Candidates must have previous experience in a shop maintenance setting and a valid G driver's license. Proficiency in Google Suite and a strong understanding of Ontario transportation regulations are required.
