System Ownership: Oversee the implementation, administration, and team adoption of all retail software platforms in alignment with the Retail Leadership Team.
Analytics & Reporting: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to track and report on retail performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Communication: Translate technical data strategies, system updates, and software training into clear, actionable processes for leadership and retail partners.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement technology-driven solutions to automate workflows and drive continuous improvement in retail operations.
