Escalate constraints early, evaluate trade-offs, and coordinate timely recovery actions with manufacturing sites, co-packers, procurement, logistics, and customer teams.
- Support S&OP and SCMR: Provide robust analysis, scenarios, assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommended decisions for Sales & Operations Planning and Supply Chain Management Review. Translate decisions into executable plans and track actions to closure.
