Company Description Marsh is a global leader in risk management and advisory services, helping clients navigate uncertainty and unlock opportunity through insights and solutions across risk, strategy, and people. The organization brings deep expertise in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting. Marsh collaborates with clients worldwide to support confident decision-making, build organizational resilience, and drive sustainable growth. Team members gain exposure to diverse industries and global trends, working in an environment focused on innovation, client service, and thought leadership.
Role Description The Senior High Net Worth Advisor role is a full-time position based in Toronto, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The advisor collaborates closely with underwriters and internal specialists, responds to client inquiries, and proactively identifies opportunities to enhance protection and service. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, products, and regulatory requirements, contributing to business development activities, and mentoring less experienced team members as needed.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience advising high net worth or private client segments on insurance and risk management solutions, ideally within a brokerage or financial services environment.

  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Knowledge of personal lines products relevant to high net worth clients (e.g., property, liability, specialty coverages) and awareness of current market and regulatory developments.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with colleagues in-office and virtually, and using digital tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions.
  • Relevant professional designations or progress toward them (e.g., CIP, CRM, or equivalent) and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Post-secondary education in business, finance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
