Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and arrange contractors or tradespeople for major repairs. Requirements
Requires 3 to less than 5 years of experience and a trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience. Listed credentials include building operator, superintendent, property management, or building service training, along with WHMIS certification and a valid driver's licence.
