Role Description
The Packline team member is responsible for efficiently assembling guest orders, ensuring accuracy, food quality, and presentation standards are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role in Mississauga, ON involves packing chicken, sides, and beverages according to established portioning and packaging guidelines, while maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role includes coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage order flow, prioritizing orders based on service times, and assisting with restocking packaging materials and supplies. The Packline team member follows food safety and hygiene procedures, adheres to company policies, and supports overall restaurant operations, including occasional support in other stations as required. This position requires reliable attendance, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently during peak periods.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment, maintaining accuracy and speed when assembling and packing orders.

- Previous quick service restaurant or packaging experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
