Role Description

The Packline team member is responsible for efficiently assembling guest orders, ensuring accuracy, food quality, and presentation standards are consistently met. This full-time, on-site role in Mississauga, ON involves packing chicken, sides, and beverages according to established portioning and packaging guidelines, while maintaining a clean, organized work area. The role includes coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to manage order flow, prioritizing orders based on service times, and assisting with restocking packaging materials and supplies. The Packline team member follows food safety and hygiene procedures, adheres to company policies, and supports overall restaurant operations, including occasional support in other stations as required. This position requires reliable attendance, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and the ability to work efficiently during peak periods.

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment, maintaining accuracy and speed when assembling and packing orders.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Basic organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and priorities during busy periods.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift light to moderate loads, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable, with a positive attitude toward customer service and company procedures.
Previous quick service restaurant or packaging experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
