As an Outside Sales Representative, HVAC Applied Solutions, you will combine your technical expertise with your passion for building lasting professional relationships. Acting as a trusted advisor to consulting engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders, you will play a key role in influencing the design and selection of HVAC solutions for commercial and industrial projects.

From the early design stages through project completion, you will collaborate with industry partners to develop innovative solutions, support equipment selection, and ensure successful project outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineering professional looking to leverage their technical knowledge while developing a strong network and long-term client partnerships within the HVAC-R industry.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders within the HVAC-R industry.
Act as a technical advisor, helping engineers select the most appropriate HVAC solutions for their projects.
Visit engineering firms, contractors, and job sites to support projects from design through completion.
Influence project specifications by ensuring the equipment represented by Master Group is included in design documents.
Promote innovative HVAC solutions and provide expert guidance on product applications.
Collaborate closely with internal estimating and technical support teams, serving as a mentor and resource on complex projects.
Stay involved throughout the entire sales cycle, from project conception to successful execution.
Participate in bid preparation and equipment pre-purchase opportunities.
Prepare technical drawings and project documentation when required.

What You Bring To Our Team

A background in Mechanical Engineering or significant experience within the HVAC-R industry.
A genuine interest in building long-term partnerships with consulting engineers, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
Experience applying technical expertise to solve customer challenges and support project success.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences.
Experience in technical sales, consulting, project engineering, or a customer-facing engineering role.
An established network within the HVAC-R industry is considered a strong asset.
A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring, sharing knowledge, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to earn trust as a technical advisor.
A desire to stay involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from design and specification to execution and follow-up.
