The Ethoca organization develops cybersecurity and fraud prevention solutions that help strengthen trust across the Mastercard ecosystem. Our teams work at the intersection of technology, cyber security, data, and digital payments to solve real-world challenges for businesses and consumers around the globe.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic new graduate to join our team as a Technical Program Management Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in technology and project delivery while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, global environment.
What you’ll do
As a Technical Program Management Analyst, you will help support Engineering teams and contribute to the successful delivery of cybersecurity and technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
-Support Scrum teams in Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning sessions, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
-Help track project progress, action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure teams stay aligned on priorities and delivery goals.
-Partner with project managers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
-Assist with maintaining project documentation, dashboards, reports, and planning artefacts.
-Participate in release planning, testing coordination, defect tracking, and project readiness activities.
-Help gather and organize project requirements, meeting notes, and status updates.
-Track team capacity, sprint commitments, and delivery milestones under the guidance of senior team members.
-Learn and apply Agile best practices while contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
-Gain exposure to technical concepts such as system design, security, scalability, performance, and data quality.
What we’re looking for
-Undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree, with an expected graduation in Spring 2027
-Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Technology Management, Engineering, Information systems or a related field.
-Internship, co-op, academic project, student leadership, or extracurricular experience demonstrating teamwork and organization skills.
-Interest in project management, Agile delivery, software development, cybersecurity, or technology operations.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down tasks and think analytically.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Comfortable working in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
-Exposure to Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar tools through coursework, projects, internships, or personal learning is an asset.
-Eagerness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
Nice to Have
-Scrum, Agile, Project Management, or Business Analysis coursework or certifications (such as Scrum Fundamentals or CAPM).
-Experience leading student projects, clubs, hackathons, or volunteer initiatives.
-Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and technology delivery processes
