About the team

Mastercard’s Artificial Intelligence & Decision Product Enablement (AI&DPE) program is a cutting-edge, high-scale platform embedded in Mastercard’s global network, processing authorization, clearing, authenticating transactions and powering 30+ products and services.

It features high-volume, real-time decision processing that leverages business rules and advanced AI models to analyze transactions (up to tens of thousands per second) and derive insights in milliseconds. This platform enables tracking real-time historical trends and injection of offline analytics, providing a unified transaction view across the entire lifecycle for superior analytics and business intelligence.

Within this dynamic environment, the AI&DPE Customer Success team focuses on driving customer outcomes by delivering AI-powered fraud and decisioning solutions that simplify complexity, promote agility, and create lasting business value for our global customers.

What you’ll do

As a Technical Program Management Analyst in the AI&DPE Customer Success organization, you will support strategic product delivery and cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful outcomes for Mastercard’s Product teams. In this role, you will:

-Work independently or support another TPM (Technical Program Manager) in the planning, execution, and delivery of technology, product, and customer success initiatives from inception through completion.

-Assist in managing end-to-end delivery of engineering and product work by tracking progress, coordinating dependencies, identifying gaps across teams, processes, and systems, and helping remove blockers to ensure successful outcomes.

-Partner with Customer Success Product Managers, Engineering, Product, Data Science, and Rules teams to translate customer needs into actionable requirements, delivery plans, and product outcomes.

-Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, milestones, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and action items to support predictable delivery.

-Coordinate activities across one or more cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, objectives, and program goals.

-Collaborate with engineering managers and team leads to support resource planning, scope definition, priority setting, and delivery sequencing to optimize execution.

-Proactively identify, manage, and help resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers that could impact delivery timelines or customer commitments.

-Facilitate effective meetings, drive decision-making, document outcomes, and build alignment among stakeholders.

-Communicate program status, milestones, risks, and mitigations clearly to team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

-Maintain strong working relationships across engineering, product, customer success, and business teams while acting as a trusted coordination point for assigned initiatives.

-Produce clear and accurate reporting on program progress, delivery health, and key execution metrics.

-Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance team effectiveness through automation, tooling, and AI-enabled productivity improvements.

-Learn and build technical, product, and business domain expertise through mentorship, coaching, and hands-on program delivery experience.

-Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in retrospectives, sharing best practices, and supporting knowledge transfer across teams.

What we’re looking for

-Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business/technology or a related field, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027

-Evidence of strong academics with a focus on business as well as technical knowledge.

-Analytical mindset with a focus on creative problem solving, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.

-Strong communication skills

-Highly organized

-Ability to partner collaboratively across the organization

-Knowledge of Project Management and Agile principles

-Understanding of technology tools and their deployment/implementation preferred

-Familiarity with project management tools (eg: MS Project, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, AHA, Figma, or similar tools)

-Experience with AI tools such as MS Copilot, Studio, GitHub Copilot, Power BI, Easy BI, or similar tools.

-Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles
