Overview

About The Role
Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.
We work with long-term clients, including L’Oréal, Maybelline, Groupe Marcelle, Shoppers Drug Mart, Lowe’s, RONA, Walmart, and many others.

Interview Process
Our recruitment process is structured and transparent, with candidates assessed consistently against role-related criteria.
Step 1: Qualified candidates complete an initial phone or virtual interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Step 2: Shortlisted candidates participate in a phone or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager.
Step 3: Selected candidates attend an in-person or virtual interview with the Hiring Manager and relevant team members.

- Set up or update store fixtures according to planograms
- Complete cosmetic resets and installations
- Communicate directly with Store or Cosmetic Managers
- Independently track and document your work using user-friendly digital tools
- Submit daily updates through our online platform at your own pace
- Work in new store locations regularly, adding variety to your day
- Excellent attention to detail
- Reliable and self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using digital tools and platforms
- Effective communication skills
- Merchandising experience and a strong knowledge of planograms/MODs are an asset but not required, training is provided.
- Reliable personal vehicle required for travel between store locations
- Smartphone and internet access
- Availability for 4 - 5 weekdays per week with flexibility to manage your own schedule
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Availability for project-specific dates
- Additional requirements may be outlines by the Frield Manager based on client demands.

Responsibilities
Set up and update store fixtures according to planograms, complete cosmetic resets and installations, and communicate with store or cosmetic managers. Independently document work using digital tools and submit daily updates through the online platform.
Requirements
Candidates need a reliable personal vehicle, smartphone, internet access, and availability for 4–5 weekdays per week, with flexibility to manage their schedule.
