- Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
- Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
- Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
- Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
- Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
- Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
- Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
- Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required
- Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly
- Ability to self-manage remotely
- Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports
- Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)

Responsibilities
Maintain Nespresso product availability and presentation in assigned retail stores by stocking products, managing machine inventory, updating promotional signage and sampler supplies, and keeping displays and tasting areas clean. Represent the brand and submit detailed store-visit reports with action items and recommendations.
Requirements
Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a smartphone with data for photos and reporting. The role also requires customer focus, relationship-building, problem-solving, time-management, attention to detail, remote self-management, and the ability to handle physical work weighing up to 50 pounds.
