Conduct value engineering exercises and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone plans during preconstruction.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
Manage subcontractor and supplier pricing requests and evaluate bids.
Support proposal submissions, presentations, and client meetings.
Work closely with project management and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.
Provide market intelligence related to labour, materials, and construction costs.

Strong understanding of construction methods, budgets, procurement strategies, and project delivery models.
Ability to prepare and review conceptual and detailed estimates.
