Original job description

MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a Project Coordinator for a 12 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the DAM system.
Organize and catalog digital assets with consistent metadata.
Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows.
Provide training on DAM best practices.
Develop and enforce governance policies.
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate technical support.
Present progress reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements:

Experience with technical writing, particularly related to system documentation or user guides.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience in DAM or project coordination.
Proficiency with DAM tools (e.g., BOX, Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder).
Knowledge of metadata standards and taxonomy.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
