MatchBox Consulting Group is currently searching for a Senior Product Manager for a 6 month contract role at one of our clients based in Vancouver

Responsibilities

Define and lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Content Ecosystem, including content operations, creative workflows, digital asset management, product content, localization, publishing, knowledge management, and content reuse.
Partner with Brand, Creative, Product, Digital, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable technology capabilities, connected workflows, and measurable outcomes.
Drive the connection between product information, digital assets, content, and customer-facing experiences, partnering closely with teams responsible for PIM, MDM, DAM, CMS, and related platforms.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate content workflows, improve content velocity, discoverability, governance, reuse, and operational efficiency, including the responsible adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
Develop multi-year capability roadmaps, investment recommendations, business cases, and operating models while identifying opportunities for platform consolidation, simplification, and improved ownership across teams.
Evaluate emerging technologies and platform investments and manage strategic vendor relationships, platform evaluations, adoption, optimization, and performance.
Help shape the broader Brand Operations Technology portfolio, including potential capabilities across sports marketing, events and activations, influencer and ambassador management, collaboration, planning, knowledge management, and operational reporting.
Establish and track business outcomes and success metrics to ensure technology investments deliver measurable value and improve how Brand teams create, manage, distribute, and reuse content globally.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Management, Content Technology, Marketing Technology, Digital Experience Platforms, Creative Operations Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience defining product strategy and roadmaps across complex, cross-functional business and technology environments.
Strong understanding of content ecosystems, content operations, content lifecycle management, creative operations, content supply chains, or digital experience platforms.
Experience working with one or more content and asset platforms such as Aprimo, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Contentful, Sitecore, Frontify, or Cloudinary.
Experience with product content, PIM, MDM, product asset management, product experience management, or connecting content and product information across enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with workflow and collaboration technologies such as Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, SharePoint, Notion, or Confluence.
Experience identifying and applying AI, automation, or emerging technologies to improve content operations, workflow efficiency, knowledge discovery, or creative productivity.
Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders, influence without direct authority, and create structure in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Strong systems-thinking and communication skills, with the ability to connect business strategy, user needs, content, data, workflows, and technology.
Strategic and pragmatic product mindset focused on measurable business outcomes rather than simply implementing technology or platforms.
