The QA Lead will report to the Senior Project Manager and work with the client’s QA Manager on governance, standards, quality gates, and sign-off recommendations.

Coordinate testing across systems, interfaces, and stakeholders.
Validate end-to-end processes, data flows, workflows, and reporting.
Ensure test environments and data are in place, and track progress, defects, and risks.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Facilitate defect triage, monitor progress, and provide readiness assessments.
Obtain formal business sign-off.

Migration and Cutover

Maintain the migration readiness checklist and required sign-offs.
Coordinate post-migration smoke validation and evidence capture with application owners.

Identify and develop automation opportunities.
Manage the test effort, results, and defects.
Maintain the risk register and issue triage outcomes.
