Assist with conducting show home tours, reviewing site and floor plans, and explaining available options
Attend and support homeowner appointments at various stages of the sales journey
Assist in the preparation and execution of purchase agreements and required documentation in accordance with company policies
Support prospecting and follow-up activities, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the corporate database
Continuously learn Mattamy’s products, processes, and sales approach through on-the-job training and coaching

What you bring
