Original job description

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Lyft Business marketing team in Toronto. This person owns campaign deployment inside our marketing systems, taking requests from brief to launch. Lyft Business is moving from Pardot to HubSpot, and this role will lead the rest of that migration and run lead management and lifecycle once it's live.

We are seeking someone who is hands-on in HubSpot, detail-oriented with data, and works well with sales and demand gen partners. This is a full-time contract role engaged through MAVAN, working hybrid from the Toronto office.

Responsibilities

Taking campaign requests from brief to launch, including emails, forms, lists, tracking and page handoffs to the web partner.
Migrating remaining programs, nurtures, forms and lists from Pardot to HubSpot.
Managing lead lifecycle stages, scoring, routing and Salesforce sync so MQLs reach sales cleanly.
Building and deploying email nurtures, including list pulls, segmentation and data validation with analytics before every send.
Replacing manual list pulls with automated HubSpot workflows.
Keeping tracking clean with UTMs, campaign tags and form tagging so leads can be split by program.
Running event marketing ops with sales, from registration and lead capture through follow-up.
Building and updating campaign and funnel reports in HubSpot.
Documenting SOPs for campaign intake, nurture and event processes.

Qualifications

4+ years in B2B marketing operations, with campaign deployment as a core part of the job.
Hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience: workflows, lists, forms, lifecycle stages and reporting.
Experience managing leads between a marketing automation platform and Salesforce.
Comfortable running list pulls, segmentation and data checks before a send.
Experience supporting event programs in partnership with sales.
Works independently, manages a request queue and hits launch dates in a fast-paced environment.
Pardot (Account Engagement) experience, especially a Pardot to HubSpot migration (a plus).
Familiarity with a CDP such as mParticle and how conversion events reach ad platforms (a plus).
HubSpot certifications (a plus).

Requirements

Based in or near Toronto.
Able to work in the office on a hybrid schedule.
Eligible to work in Canada as an independent contractor.

Compensation

CAD 120,000 per year.
