With more than 500 employees and a national network of 26 terminals, we bring together technical expertise, innovative products, specialized transportation and decades of industry experience.
As part of the global Colas Group, we combine the strength of an international organization with the expertise and relationships of a proudly Canadian business.
Our work is technical. Our impact is everywhere. And behind it all are the people, ideas and innovations that make McAsphalt a leader in our industry.
We're looking for a creative storyteller who can help bring that story to life.
The Opportunity

You understand that effective content needs to do more than look good. It needs to connect with its audience, reinforce the brand and deliver a clear message.
If you enjoy variety, take pride in producing exceptional work and want to contribute to a brand with national reach, we'd love to see what you can bring to our team.
What You'll Do

- Support the development of visual storytelling content, including infographics, campaign graphics, short-form videos and multimedia assets.
- Edit and adapt existing photography, graphics and video assets for use across multiple channels.
- Bring a strong understanding of typography, composition, visual hierarchy and contemporary digital design practices to everyday work.
- Maintain a consistent and polished visual identity across assigned content and campaigns.
- Digital Marketing & Campaign Content

- Create, edit and maintain engaging website content that communicates McAsphalt's capabilities, products, services and corporate identity.
- Develop website copy, landing-page content, articles and other digital materials with a focus on clarity, usability and audience experience.

- Contribute to the creative development of major corporate initiatives, campaigns and national events through content and design deliverables.
- Content Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor the performance of published content using available website, email and digital platform analytics.
- Review engagement, reach and other relevant content metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
