Deliver excellent service to residents, encourage reviews and feedback, and attend development meetings to discuss and promote available services.
Support the team in identifying and reporting safeguarding concerns to the appropriate authorities and the in-house compliance team.
Provide short-notice cover for care calls when required, including staff sickness or annual leave and to work alternate weekends.
Ensure all scheduled visits are clocked in and out, and updated as necessary on the careline live app on your mobile phone
Maintain work records, e.g. work sheets, and receipts to support travel expenses and mileage claims.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years supervisory care experience in a community, field based or home care setting.
Must hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or preferably hold a Level 3, or be willing to work towards it.
Knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance requirements
Experience of completing and updating care plans and risk assessments
Excellent understanding of the elderly care sector and independent living in later life.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with flexibility to work remotely or at a development office.
To cover care, domestic and lifestyle support calls at short notice, if required.
Be available to work alternate weekends, early morning and evening shifts as required.
