Why Join McCarthy Uniforms?

Consistent Full-Time Schedule: Enjoy predictable hours with a regular Tuesday to Saturday schedule (9:50 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.), allowing for better work-life balance.
Health & Dental Benefits: Comprehensive coverage for eligible employees.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Access confidential support and wellness resources.
Employee Discount: Employee discount on McCarthy Uniforms products.
Paid Personal Days: Four paid personal days each year.
Supportive Team Environment: Join a team that values collaboration, customer service, and helping one another succeed.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: 1 or more years of retail experience.
Team Player: You're great at working independently but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Tech Skills: You're comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.

Even if you don't check every box, we'd still love to hear from you! If you're excited about this role and think you'd be a great fit, let's chat.
