Original job description

Bring your luxury sales record to Dubai - villas and penthouses from AED 10 million, tax-free commission
Experience with high-net-worth clients required - luxury property, or another premium sale
Commission only, tax free - our top earner made US$2.9 million last year
No. 1 lead generator on Property Finder - leads handed to you every day

Luxury in Dubai means villas and penthouses on the Palm, in Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills and Jumeirah Bay. You represent the seller or the buyer, price with evidence, and hold a negotiation where the fee on one deal is a year's income elsewhere.

Why agents choose McCone

Our AI-powered CRM and tools have new agents closing deals in their first weeks
Premium Property Finder listings and a marketing team behind you
4.8★ from 1,133 Google reviews - a name clients already trust
A two-week academy with a UK-certified trainer, then a mentor with 15+ years in Dubai property
Your RERA licence and private health insurance paid for

The honest part

The average agent here earned US$112,000 last year, tax free; US$2.9 million is our best year, not the usual one. There is no salary, so arrive with around six months of savings while you build your pipeline.

What You Will Need

Ready to relocate to Dubai within 1 to 3 months
Presence and discretion with high-net-worth clients
A record in luxury property or another premium sale - and the patience prime deals take

You have done this job somewhere it is taxed. Apply - we read everything.

This vacancy is advertised in Vancouver, Canada for candidates planning to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
