The Revenue Management Manager plays a key role in driving profitable growth through the development and execution of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies across McCormick's Canadian Consumer Products portfolio.

This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and recommending opportunities across pricing, promotion, trade investment, price-pack architecture, and portfolio mix to maximize Net Sales and Gross Profit performance.

Leveraging financial, consumption, customer, and competitive data, the Revenue Management Manager will develop actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic business decisions. The role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Finance to optimize commercial plans, evaluate investment trade-offs, and improve business performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial capabilities with commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. This individual will also help advance RGM capabilities through improved analytical tools, processes, and data-driven decision making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Revenue Growth Strategy & Pricing

  • Identify and evaluate revenue growth opportunities across pricing, promotion, price-pack architecture, portfolio mix, and trade investment to drive profitable growth.
  • Develop pricing recommendations informed by price elasticity, competitive positioning, consumer behavior, retailer economics, and financial objectives.
  • Evaluate pricing and portfolio strategies to identify opportunities to improve price realization, product mix, and profitability.

Trade Promotion & Investment Optimization

  • Lead RGM analytics supporting Customer Level Business Planning (CLBP), partnering with Sales to evaluate and optimize customer trade investment strategies.
  • Assess promotional effectiveness using historical performance, incrementality, ROI, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend changes to promotional strategies, including frequency, depth, timing, mechanics, and investment allocation, to maximize returns.
  • Evaluate planned and actual trade investment performance, partnering with Sales and Finance to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.

Commercial Analytics & Decision Support

  • Leverage financial, syndicated consumption, retailer, and internal planning data to identify business performance drivers and growth opportunities.
  • Develop forward-looking financial scenarios to evaluate the impact of commercial decisions on volume, Net Sales, Gross Profit, and trade investment.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling business cases for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and senior leadership.
  • Independently lead RGM initiatives from opportunity identification and analysis through recommendation development, stakeholder alignment, and performance measurement.

RGM Capability Development & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal analytics teams and global RGM partners to develop and enhance analytical tools, methodologies, and decision-support capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability through standardized analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Build RGM understanding and capabilities across cross-functional partners, promoting the adoption of insights and best practices to improve commercial decision making.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, Sales Finance, Category Management, Trade Marketing, or Commercial Analytics within a consumer products or related industry
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with demonstrated ability to evaluate commercial opportunities, understand P&L implications, and develop actionable business recommendations
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and commercial judgment, with the ability to independently identify opportunities and recommend solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, communicate complex information effectively, and drive alignment on business decisions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large datasets, financial information, and business analytics

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL SKILLS
