Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.

You lead by example and are accountable. You have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and problem-solve with confidence. Responsibilities

The Shift Leader is responsible for inspiring the team to deliver an excellent quick-service restaurant experience while maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. They also manage staff, build sales and profits, and participate in local community events.

Requirements

The ideal candidate leads by example, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and is accountable for high performance. While previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred, the role focuses on leadership ability and a people-first approach.
