Many of our early talent opportunities involve a mix of office-based work, field work, and travel to project sites, depending on the role. We are looking for adaptable interns and new graduates who are eager to learn, apply their academic knowledge, and support multidisciplinary teams with project delivery from design through to construction. What Can We Offer You?
As this is an Expression of Interest posting, salary details will be confirmed within each job-specific post as opportunities become available. Final compensation will be reflective of the actual role, education, skills, and qualifications required. As a general guide, McElhanney offers hourly ranges of $23-$32 for civil-related internships, $28-$40 for civil-related new graduate full-time roles, $22-$28 for geo-related internships, and $24-$37 for geo-related new graduate full-time roles.
