Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral. Très bonnes habiletés à communiquer, à entretenir des relations interpersonnelles et à travailler en équipe. Leadership. Créativité. Intérêt marqué pour la conception et l’animation d’activités culturelles et pédagogiques. Excellentes compétences pour l’organisation et la planification et capacité à respecter des échéanciers. Intérêt pour les variétés du français et la culture francophone. Intérêt pour la culture montréalaise. Expérience d’enseignement ou formation en didactique des langues, un atout. Les candidat·es retenu·es aurons l’occasion de participer à de courtes formations.
