The Desautels Faculty of Management is inviting applications to teach a course in Winter 2027. Please complete the online application form and upload required documents. Applications will be ranked according to the collective agreement between McGill University and the MCLIU. Preference will be given to the qualified applicant with the most priority points.
Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education: PhD in Finance or Economics with a particular focus on macro-economics or macro-finance. Other graduate degrees in Finance, Economics, and related fields will be considered when in combination with relevant work and teaching experience
Experience: Significant work experience (at least 5 years) in an area directly relevant to the course (examples include, among others, macro research, economics research, or central banking), especially for candidates without a PhD. Teaching record in a comparable university course a plus
Other: Candidate must provide a strong track record in university-level teaching or document other relevant skills that will provide the basis for strong expectations about performance in the classroom
