任职资格：

1. 拥有相关学位，理想情况下主修市场营销。

2. 拥有1年相关市场营销经验，数字营销和代理机构经验者优先考虑。

MCH is a Montreal-based new media and marketing company. We do Digital Marketing, Paid Advertising, Influencer Marketing, Strategy and Planning, and Brand Management. In addition, we manage a website, mobile application, and WeChat subscription accounts, reaching over 100,000 Montreal-based Chinese customers. Our platform, 蒙城汇, is the most influential Chinese new media in Montreal, providing news, second-hand trading, rental information, classifieds, store recommendations, job postings, travel info, shopping, and photography services.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Montreal, QC. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing accounts, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships on a day-to-day basis. The role will require strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus

Responsibilities:

Educate and consult digital marketing for potential customers through phone conversations or face-to-face meetings focused on their needs.

Up your prospecting game and build your network so you can expand our pool of potential customers and brand image.

Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop new strategies to grow our sales network and consistently reach sales targets.

Develop and sharpen your sales skills through personalized training and coaching sessions.

Build a partnership with business owners by acting as a trusted advisor and selling the right digital products and solutions that best suit their needs.

Anticipating and understanding internal customers’ business objectives; and have the ability to put themselves in the end-customer’s shoes, fully understanding the desired deliverable and appropriate medium

Generate new sales opportunities, connect and follow up with potential clients via phone or email.

Qualifications:

Posses a relevant degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing

Having 1 year of related marketing experience, digital marketing, and agency experience would be an asset

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills, including good listening and verbal and written communication skills.

Whether coming from an agency or client-side, he/she will be able to meet multiple client demands and prioritize work through excellent time-management and strong project-management skills

Excellent problem solving skills and resourcefulness, possessing an innate curiosity and willingness to evolve

Bilingualism in English and Chinese, French would be an asset, but not a requirement

Skills

Strong computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PPT)

Familiarity with basic CMS environments is an asset, but not required

Good understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords and SEM and SEO principles

Experience using email marketing software/programs and best practices

Possess a desire to keep up with evolving marketing trends through external courses and personal learning. In tune with the latest innovations and methods of digital marketing

Understanding of social media Marketing tools, including Facebook
