Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps

Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) based on project needs

Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of solutions

Monitor project performance, KPIs, and governance requirements; provide clear status reporting

Drive change management and support user adoption through communication and training initiatives

Basic Requirements

Demonstrated experience in risk and issue management, including identification, tracking, and mitigation

Strong experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control

Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

Proficiency using project management tools (e.g., Planview, Jira, MS Project or similar)

Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendors in a regulated or enterprise environment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field

Preferred Skills/Experience

Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory environments (e.g., HIPAA, NIST, ISO)

Experience with DevSecOps or secure SDLC practices

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboards and executive-level communication

Experience facilitating stakeholder alignment and decision-making across technical and business teams
