MD Maintenance is hiring an experienced Winter Sidewalk Crew Leader to join our team in the Kitchener-Cambridge-Waterloo area. We’re looking for someone reliable who has hands-on snow removal experience and can lead a crew to keep sidewalks clear and safe throughout the winter.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a sidewalk snow removal crew and coordinate daily work.
- Perform winter sidewalk maintenance and snow removal.
- Safely operate a truck and tow a trailer.
- Ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Be ready for a 3:00 a.m. start time.
Requirements:
- Previous winter sidewalk maintenance or snow removal experience.
- Valid driver’s licence and a clean driver’s abstract.
- Ability to safely tow a trailer with a truck.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and work outdoors in winter conditions.
- Strong crew leadership skills, reliability and punctuality.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage negotiable based on experience.
- Guaranteed weekly hours to be negotiated.
