This role is 100% on-site at our Head Office in Oakville, ON

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Marketing Analyst to join our growing team in Oakville, ON. The ideal candidate is an analytical and results-oriented marketing professional who can translate marketing objectives into effective day-to-day execution. Supporting the execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing campaigns and initiatives, this position contributes to customer acquisition and growth. Key activities include working across multiple acquisition channels, managing external lead-generation partners, monitoring marketing performance, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign and funnel results.

What You’ll Do

Execute and optimize marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, affiliate, direct mail, and partner acquisition channels.
Coordinate product launches, value-added programs, and promotional campaigns, translating technical product features into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
Monitor website traffic, user journeys, landing pages, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities and improve customer acquisition performance.
Manage day-to-day relationships with external lead-generation partners, monitoring lead quality, costs, and performance using internal reporting and dashboards.
Track assigned marketing budgets and campaign spend, and analyze key performance measures including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Investment (ROI).
Analyze marketing channels and emerging traffic sources to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Research new marketing tools and services, assess costs and implementation considerations, and provide recommendations.
Prepare clear marketing performance reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Conduct ongoing testing and optimization activities to improve campaign performance and overall marketing results.
Manage day-to-day marketing activities and optimization initiatives through a structured ticketing process in Jira.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, digital strategy, demand generation, performance marketing, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, advertising platform analytics, marketing dashboards, and performance measurement.
Solid understanding of website structure, user experience (UX), conversion-rate optimization (CRO), and digital customer journeys.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present marketing performance and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Experience with Jira or similar project/task management tools is an asset.
Experience in financial services, consumer finance, fintech, e-commerce, or another performance-based industry is an asset.

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus
