Original job description

The Role

MDSearch is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN with medical aesthetics experience to join a well-established aesthetic clinic in Canmore. The clinic is part of a group with a leading name in non-invasive medical aesthetics, combining expertise with cutting-edge technology. Part of a leading national network of high-end aesthetic clinics, their philosophy is based on offering high-end, innovative, and non-surgical treatments designed to rejuvenate the skin while ensuring visible, natural, and long-lasting results.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable clinic with a strong patient base and significant growth potential. You will work closely with an on-site physician while benefiting from a dedicated marketing team that actively supports patient acquisition and personal brand development. The clinic is well known in the region and has a strong reputation, with an existing loyal clientele that would be transferred to the nurse. Other providers will also refer patients to them when they come in for care.

The Role

  • Develop and deliver results-driven treatment plans aligned with clinic protocols.
  • Perform procedures safely, consistently, and efficiently in a high-volume setting.
  • Pre-book and maintain treatment cadence to support outcomes and clinic flow.
  • Provide a high-quality patient experience through clear communication and professionalism.
  • Complete post-procedure follow-up and monitoring to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation, photos, and progress tracking.
  • Conduct efficient consultations to assess patient needs, set expectations, and recommend appropriate care, including complementary EBD services and medical-grade skincare.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and patient flow.
  • Stay current with training, products, and techniques.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and protocol adherence.

Qualifications

  • Current license in College of Nurses in Alberta as an RN or LPN.
  • 3+ years of experience in cosmetic injections and medical aesthetics.
  • Having an existing clientele or following is a plus, but not a requirement in this case.
  • Excellent communicate skills.
  • Demonstrate a client centered approach.
  • Demonstrate team spirit and collaboration.
  • Demonstrate initiative and autonomy.
  • Ability to respect work procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

What’s On Offer

  • Commissions on injectable services and product sales.
  • Access to a comprehensive employee treatment program.
  • Access to an established and loyal patient base.
  • Benefit from the strength of the clinic network, with access to experienced physicians, advanced training, and a collaborative community of leading aesthetic professionals.

Medical Recognition Team Plan (MRTP):

An opportunity to share in your clinic’s profitability. Providers who meet gross-profit and cross-selling criteria earn a share of a quarterly incentive pool - open to all physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses.
