Your role
- Analyze nonconforming parts and recommend appropriate dispositions
- Write and manage nonconformance reports (NCRs)
- Lead root cause analysis and follow up on corrective actions
- Present cases to customers and obtain their approval when required
- Work with production, methods and quality to prevent recurrence
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Experience in MRB, quality, manufacturing engineering or problem solving
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills
- Analytical, rigorous and autonomous
- Fluent written and spoken French and English (frequent communication with English-speaking customers)
- Aerospace experience is an asset

Diplômé(e) en génie mécanique avec de l’expérience en qualité ou en fabrication ? Viens jouer un rôle clé dans la conformité de pièces de trains d’atterrissage pour l’aviation d’affaires.
Ton rôle
- Analyser les pièces non conformes et proposer les dispositions appropriées
- Rédiger et gérer les rapports de non-conformité (NCR)
- Mener les analyses de cause et faire le suivi des actions correctives
- Présenter les dossiers aux clients et obtenir leur approbation lorsque requis
- Travailler avec la production, les méthodes et la qualité pour éviter la récurrence
Ton profil
- Baccalauréat en génie mécanique ou domaine connexe
- Expérience en MRB, en qualité, en ingénierie de fabrication ou en résolution de problèmes
- Bonne maîtrise de la lecture de plans et du GD&T
- Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et autonomie
- Français et anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit (communications fréquentes avec des clients anglophones)
- Aéronautique : un atout
