Original job description

The Opportunity

Work directly with the founder of a B2B SaaS company to build the sales pipeline from the ground up. You'll own top-of-funnel lead generation including building target lists, running email and LinkedIn outreach, cold calls and booking meetings with direct founder access from day one. In the first weeks, you'll get on-site training on our product and get key customer insights, plus help shape the outreach process and tech stack we use.

Our software and workflow help in-house content teams turn their source footage into an active, searchable archive, so more of what they film actually gets used and systematically repurposed.

What You'll Do

Build target lists using our Ideal Customer Profile Larger companies with an extensive content production footprint (high footage volume, frequent filming, content featuring people), typically 200–1000 employees with in-house content teams, primarily in the Nordics and Canada

Run outbound outreach incl. engaging ICP contacts via LinkedIn, email, and calls

Qualify inbound leads and book meetings for founder

Location

Hybrid role based in Toronto. Some work can be done remotely, but attending our downtown Toronto office once a week (on average) for a status update is mandatory. Candidates must be based in the Toronto/GTA area, candidates outside this area will not be considered.

Hours & Compensation

10–20 hours/week, with some flexibility

Paid hourly base

Bonus on closed sales: a negotiated percentage of contract value

Option to stay involved through the full sales process, including customer meetings, to help the founder

Ideally some B2B SaaS experience, but we welcome early-career candidates with relevant interest in our space
