- Support pharmacists in workflow alignment for accurate, on-time medication release
- Lead internal audits, product checks, and process improvements
- Own documentation, inventory flow, and daily operational excellence

- Solid computer and typing skills
How our client works

What's on offer
- Salary of $60,000 to $67,000 per year
- Blister Pack Performance Bonus paid annually, tied to measurable gains in the blister department's revenue and cost efficiency (proportional to results, not flat or automatic)
- Project Initiative Bonus for leading high-impact improvements like reducing rework or simplifying a workflow
- $500 annual education allowance
- RRSP matching
- Health, dental, vision, and life coverage for singles, partners, and families
- One paid personal day every six months for reliable attendance, plus paid time off
