The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and Medisca's core enterprise systems - including CRM and ERP platforms - across a multi-entity, regulated organization. This role leads requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for system implementations, enhancements, and integrations, working closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure our platforms solve real business problems rather than simply automating existing inefficiencies.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead requirements gathering and elicitation sessions with stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, warehouse, and customer service for CRM and ERP initiatives
Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process maps, workflow diagrams, and gap analyses
Translate business requirements into functional specifications that development and configuration teams can build against
Partner with CRM and ERP teams to scope enhancements, integrations, and data migration efforts
Support system implementation projects end-to-end: discovery, design, UAT planning and execution, training, and post-go-live stabilization
Identify and document integration points and data flows between CRM, ERP, and adjacent systems
Facilitate design decisions between competing stakeholder priorities, and clearly document trade-offs and rationale
Own UAT planning: test case design, defect triage, and stakeholder sign-off
Support change management and end-user training and documentation for new processes and system changes
Maintain business process documentation and requirements traceability across projects
Contribute to project governance: status reporting, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communication

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise CRM and/or ERP systems
Hands-on experience with at least one major CRM platform and one major ERP platform; strong business process modeling skills (e.g., BPMN, swimlane diagrams); proven experience owning UAT planning and execution; excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing stakeholder priorities. Experience in a regulated industry, multi-entity system rollouts, data migration methodology, or a Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel) required; experience with CRM/ERP platforms an asset
Strong attention to detail and ownership of work; proven decision-making and problem-solving skills; ability to operate independently across ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives; solution-oriented, with the ability to constructively challenge a requested solution that doesn't match the underlying business need

Diriger les séances de collecte et d’élicitation des exigences avec les parties prenantes des ventes, des opérations, des finances, de l’entrepôt et du service à la clientèle pour les initiatives CRM et ERP
Documenter les processus d’affaires actuels et futurs, incluant les cartes de processus, les diagrammes de flux de travail et les analyses d’écarts
Traduire les exigences d’affaires en spécifications fonctionnelles exploitables par les équipes de développement et de configuration
Collaborer avec les équipes CRM et ERP afin de définir la portée des améliorations, des intégrations et des efforts de migration de données
Soutenir les projets de mise en œuvre de systèmes de bout en bout : découverte, conception, planification et exécution des tests d’acceptation utilisateur (UAT), formation et stabilisation post-lancement
Identifier et documenter les points d’intégration et les flux de données entre le CRM, l’ERP et les systèmes adjacents
Faciliter les décisions de conception entre les priorités concurrentes des parties prenantes et documenter clairement les compromis et leur justification
Assurer la responsabilité de la planification des UAT : conception des cas de test, triage des anomalies et approbation des parties prenantes
Soutenir la gestion du changement ainsi que la formation et la documentation des utilisateurs finaux pour les nouveaux processus et changements de systèmes
Maintenir la documentation des processus d’affaires et la traçabilité des exigences à travers les projets
Contribuer à la gouvernance de projet : rapports d’état, suivi des risques et enjeux, et communication avec les parties prenantes

Qualifications:

Baccalauréat, ou expérience équivalente, en administration des affaires, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe
4 ans ou plus d’expérience à titre d’analyste d’affaires au soutien de systèmes CRM et/ou ERP d’entreprise
Expérience pratique avec au moins une plateforme CRM majeure et une plateforme ERP majeure; solides compétences en modélisation des processus d’affaires (p. ex. BPMN, diagrammes de couloirs); expérience avérée dans la gestion des UAT; excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale; capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanés et des priorités concurrentes. Une expérience dans une industrie réglementée, dans des déploiements multi-entités, avec une méthodologie de migration de données, ou une certification en analyse d’affaires (p. ex. CBAP, CCBA) constitue un atout
