IT Transformation Project Manager
Toronto, ON
T4 Contract
The IT Transformation Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering technology-driven transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role involves coordinating cross-functional IT and business teams, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies, and ensuring successful implementation of technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT transformation projects, including application modernization, cloud migration, automation, and process improvement.
- Develop project plans, roadmaps, budgets, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and senior management.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and business readiness.
- Track project KPIs, cost savings, and business benefits to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills: Project management, stakeholder management, risk management, communication, change management, and familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Power BI.
Must have project management certification
