Spa Esthetician – Massage Focus

Base Position Requirements

• Completion of an Esthetics, Spa Therapy, or comparable professional training program.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on massage experience.
• You should be comfortable performing a minimum of four massages per day, with the potential for up to six, alongside other esthetic services based on your training and experience.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Hours: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week

Location: In person

Weekend availability required

Qualifications

• Completion of an Esthetics, Spa Therapy, or comparable professional training program.
• Professional massage certifications and a minimum of two years of hands-on massage experience.
• Confidence providing relaxation massage as a significant part of your daily schedule.
• Training in additional esthetic services, such as facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, or body treatments.
• Strong communication, time-management, and guest-service skills.
• Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Weekend availability and legal authorization to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional relaxation massages and other esthetic services within your training.
• Conduct guest consultations and adapt treatments to individual needs.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and personalized treatment experiences.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and well-organized treatment rooms.
• Follow spa protocols, sanitation standards, and appointment schedules.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and retail products when relevant.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.

The Role

This is a multi-service spa position with a strong focus on relaxation massage. You should be comfortable performing a minimum of four massages per day, with the potential for up to six, alongside other esthetic services based on your training and experience.

This is a spa relaxation massage position, not a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) position.

Compensation
