Responsibilities
- Perform skilled installation of insulated metal panels and cladding systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Operate construction tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and recommend solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices and less experienced crew members.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
- Journeyperson certification or equivalent demonstrated trade experience in a relevant construction trade.
- Experience with exterior cladding, metal panels, or related construction installation is an asset.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and committed to quality workmanship.
- Working at Heights certification is an asset.
- Valid G driver's licence and access to a vehicle required.
- Competitive wages reflecting trade qualifications and experience.
- Monday to Friday schedule, with overtime paid after 44 hours per week.
- Occasional evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities
Install insulated metal panels and cladding systems according to blueprints, technical specifications, and quality standards, while operating tools and equipment safely. Troubleshoot installation issues, support apprentices and less experienced crew members, and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Requirements
Applicants need journeyperson certification or equivalent demonstrated experience in a relevant construction trade; experience with exterior cladding or metal panel installation is an asset. Strong technical and problem-solving abilities, dependability, safety awareness, a valid G driver's licence, and access to a vehicle are required; Working at Heights certification is an asset.
