Scheduler | Hyperscale Data Center Construction | Edmonton, Alberta

The Role

Metric DCX is partnered with a leading Canadian general contractor with 3 hyperscale data center projects in Edmonton, Alberta, and hiring an experienced Scheduler to own the schedule on fast-track delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the baseline and master project schedules
  • Run look-aheads and update progress against the plan
  • Analyze critical path, float and risk, and recommend recovery strategies
  • Coordinate with PMs, superintendents and subcontractors to integrate trade schedules
  • Report schedule status, delays and impacts to project leadership and the client
  • Support change management and delay analysis

Qualifications

  • 8+ years scheduling large, complex construction projects
  • Expert in Primavera P6 (or equivalent scheduling software)
  • Strong understanding of MEP, structural and civil sequencing
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Data center or mission-critical experience, though not required. Healthcare, semiconductor and large industrial schedulers are encouraged to apply
  • Experience with fast-track or multi-project programs
