Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Standard Operating Procedures based on customer specifications and requirements.
- Work directly with a client
- Enter and maintain inventory
- Develop standards and best practices for the tools and technologies as part of a team.
- Perform maintenance routines in a variety of environments
- Perform a variety of tests at different levels using internal and external components and accessories of the device.
- Conduct functionality tests on both new and used equipment.
- Meet all health and safety guidelines as required.
- Maintain an organized and clean environment
- Perform other general duties as assigned by Management
- Experience in a fast paced, logistics environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with hand and small power tools is an asset
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrate the ability to solve complex issues
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong problem-solving
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with team members as well as Customer Service Representatives
- Warehouse and inventory experience would be an asset

Responsibilities
Follow customer-specific standard operating procedures, work directly with clients, and enter and maintain inventory. Perform equipment maintenance and functionality testing, help develop team standards and best practices, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Requirements
Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and communicate effectively are required. Warehouse and inventory experience and familiarity with hand and small power tools are assets; candidates must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
