Metro Wallcoverings, the leading manufacturer and distributor of decorative commercial products to the Architect and Design community for over forty years, is looking for an in- office Bilingual Internal Sales Support Representative for our Montreal office.

POSITION TITLE: Internal Sales Support Representative

SCOPE:

The ideal candidate will be the face of Metro Wallcoverings and will be the first point of contact with our clients. This person is responsible for assisting the sales team in driving business growth by providing administrative support, managing customer data, processing sales orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This role is essential in ensuring that the sales team can focus on client-facing tasks while maintaining efficient internal processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Offer excellent customer service while answering all emails / calls from clients
Respond to all customer complaints and find solutions as efficiently as possible
Handle order entry, ensure order accuracy, and follow up with customers to confirm product requirements and delivery schedules.
Work closely with the logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
Track and monitor the status of orders and address any issues related to order fulfillment.
Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of sales activities, customer communications and orders
Update order documents on shared company drive
Assure accounts are complete and maintained in CRM system
Support the sales team with checking stock, price checking, email pricing.
Process returns and replacements as needed

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:

High School Diploma or equivalent
3 years previous Customer Service experience
Fully bilingual (French- English)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to challenges.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE:

Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle en répondant aux courriels et aux appels des clients
Répondre aux plaintes des clients et trouver des solutions de la manière la plus efficace possible
Effectuer la saisie des commandes, en assurer l’exactitude et faire le suivi auprès des clients afin de confirmer les exigences relatives aux produits et aux échéanciers de livraison
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de logistique, d’entrepôt et de finances afin d’assurer la livraison et la facturation en temps opportun
Suivre et surveiller l’état des commandes et résoudre toute problématique liée à leur exécution
Maintenir une documentation organisée et à jour des activités de vente, des communications avec les clients et des commandes
Mettre à jour les documents de commande dans le lecteur partagé de l’entreprise
S’assurer que les comptes sont complets et correctement maintenus dans le système CRM
Soutenir l’équipe des ventes pour la vérification des stocks, la validation des prix et l’envoi de prix par courriel
Traiter les retours et les remplacements au besoin

QUALIFICATIONS / COMPÉTENCES:

Diplôme d ’études secondaries ou equivalent
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle
Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais)
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office
Excellentes aptitudes d’organisation et de gestion des priorités avec un grand souci du détail
Excellentes compétences en communication (orale et écrite) et aptitudes interpersonnelles
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement de travail dynamique
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à identifier des solutions
Attitude axée sur le service à la clientèle et capacité à établir et maintenir des relations
