Builds collaborative relationships with senior organizational leadership and gains trust with stakeholders (e.g., Capital Projects Group (CPG) Project Delivery Teams (PDTs), other business units, business partners) to foster good relations, gain support, develop resources, drive results, realize project outcomes, manage conflicts, and represent the needs of stakeholders.
Collaborate with Operations and other affected business units to develop and review new or revised policies, plans, and procedures related to electrified rail operations.
Provides support and oversight to staff and project teams.
Promotes and creates a working environment aligned with the organization's desire to be the best company to work for.

Ability to support transformational change, reflecting on lessons learned to analyze, evaluate and define problems/challenges, identify alternatives and make timely decisions to manage risk.
Knowledgeable in applicable codes and standards.
Presentation skills to present ideas with clarity for different audiences, liaise with affected business units and project teams within the organization and work effectively with specialists across multiple sectors.
Active listening skills in order to understand issues and take appropriate action; ability to multitask and deal with repeated interruptions for urgent requests for information.
Ability to take initiative and work effectively in a team environment.

Don’t Meet Every Requirement?
