We are looking for a Customer Sales Coordinator Co-op Student to join our Customer Sales team. In this role, you will support the customer order lifecycle by preparing quotations, processing orders, managing invoicing activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will contribute to delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting efficient sales and operational processes.
This role is based in Montreal, Quebec, with hybrid working options available.

You will join a collaborative team of customer service and sales support professionals focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Our team plays a key role in supporting customer satisfaction and business growth by ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and effective coordination across functions. We collaborate closely with customers, global partners, purchasing teams, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders. What you'll do

Prepare accurate and timely customer quotations based on product specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements.

Ce que vous apporterez

Être inscrit(e) à un programme d'études postsecondaires et disponible pour un stage Coop de 4 ou 8 mois.
Excellentes aptitudes en organisation et en gestion des priorités.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les clients, les membres de l'équipe et les différents intervenants.
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
