Coordinate with Technical Sales Support, engineering, product specialists, procurement teams, and business line resources to validate solutions.
Follow up on open quotations and support the progression of qualified opportunities.
Share slurry handling product knowledge across the Customer Service team and contribute to capability development.

What you'll bring

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
Collaborative mindset with experience working across sales, service, technical, and operational teams.
Knowledge of slurry handling products, pumps, mineral processing equipment, or related aftermarket solutions (nice to have).
Technical diploma or degree in mechanical, mining, or industrial engineering, or equivalent practical experience (nice to have).
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM and ERP systems (nice to have).
